How can I change/modify my reservation?

You can change your guest information, travel dates, room preferences and billing information for existing reservations. Please direct your enquiries regarding your reservation to reservation1@thewolo.com or dm1@thewolo.com.

Is cancellation of any reservation is possible?

It is possible to cancel the reservation 3 days prior to arrival date. However, if a reservation was made under a special promotion online, a cancellation or modification is not possible as it is a non-refundable reservation. How can I add an extra bed / mattress into the room?

We apologize for the inconvenience as we do not have any extra bed services due to the bed settings in the room.

Do you provide complimentary parking?

The WOLO Bukit Bintang does not have parking facilities. Guests may park at Fahrenheit 88’s carpark which is open 24 hours and the rates are as follows:MON-FRI7:00AM to 4:59PMRM4 for the first 2 hoursRM2 every subsequent hour5:00PM to 6:59AM RM6 per entry per daySAT, SUN & PUBLIC HOLIDAY RM6 first 3 hours RM1 every subsequent hourRates are subject to change and guests are advised to call Fahrenheit 88 at +603 2148 5488 for the latest parking rates.

How much deposit do I have to pay upon check-in?

It depends on the length of stay. A deposit of RM350 per day is collected upon arrival. This is refundable upon departure, less any incidental expenses.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

The hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Can I choose to have a smoking room?

WOLO Bukit Bintang is a strictly non-smoking hotel. However, guest may proceed to smoke outside the hotel entrance.

Where is WOLO Bukit Bintang located?

We are approximately located right in the corner of Jalan Sultan Ismail & Jalan Bukit Bintang. If you are using Jalan Bukit Bintang, once you’ve reached Lot10 shopping mall on your left, keep to your right lane and you may see WOLO Bukit Bintang on your right, located opposite Lot10 shopping mall.
